Step inside and imagine yourself at home! This complete main floor renovation was thoughtfully designed to welcome you in and invite you to stay awhile.

From the moment you enter, new flooring and fresh paint throughout the main level instantly brighten the home, creating a clean, cohesive foundation that feels both modern and comfortable. Every detail was chosen to enhance everyday living while elevating the overall aesthetic.

At the heart of the transformation is the kitchen, where opening up the space completely changed how the home functions. By removing the original three-sided fireplace - which once limited the layout - we were able to expand the island by several feet, resulting in an impressive 10-foot island perfect for gathering. Whether it’s morning coffee, casual meals, or entertaining, this space naturally brings people together. White oak shaker-style cabinetry with a narrow frame offers warmth with a modern edge, while a black painted tambour range hood adds depth and a striking focal point.

Quartz countertops were taken all the way up the wall to create a seamless, elevated backsplash, adding a sense of luxury and polish. Glass and black metal doors paired with gold hardware introduce just the right amount of contrast and sophistication, tying the space together beautifully.

The refreshed mudroom was designed with both style and function in mind. New cabinetry and fresh paint create an organized, welcoming transition space - perfect for busy days, seasonal changes, and everything in between.

Finished with a new railing and a brighter, more open feel throughout, the main floor now feels modern, inviting, and effortlessly livable. It’s a space where you can truly picture yourself settling in, gathering with loved ones, and enjoying the beauty of a thoughtfully renovated home.
